Commercial & flat roofing
Flat and commercial roofing in Houston
TPO, modified bitumen and low-slope roofs for shops, warehouses, small offices and flat sections on homes. Ponding water, split seams and failed penetrations are the three things that sink a flat roof here — and all three are fixable.
A low-slope roof does not shed water the way a pitched roof does — it holds it. That means every seam, drain, curb and pipe penetration matters, and a small failure turns into interior damage fast. On a business, that is not just a roof problem, it is a closed-doors problem.
We schedule commercial work around your hours where we can, keep the site safe and contained, and give you a written scope so there are no surprises on the invoice. For buildings that are not ready for full replacement, a maintenance and repair plan can buy real years.

Common questions
Do you work on small commercial buildings?
Yes — shops, restaurants, small offices, warehouses and mixed-use buildings are our lane. Send the address and roughly the square footage and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.
Can a flat roof be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the membrane is generally sound and the deck is dry, seam and penetration repairs or a coating can add years. If the insulation is saturated, replacement is the only honest answer.
Why does water stand on my roof?
Ponding usually means a drain is blocked, the slope was never right, or insulation has compressed. Standing water accelerates seam failure, so it is worth correcting rather than living with.
How disruptive is a commercial reroof?
We stage it so sections stay watertight overnight and access stays clear. For most small buildings, business keeps running.
Do you handle commercial storm claims?
Yes. Same documentation approach as residential — photos, measurements and a walk with your adjuster. See our insurance claims page.
