Options we can point you to
Monthly payment plans
Unsecured home improvement loans with a fixed monthly payment and no lien on your home. The most common way our customers spread out a roof.
Promotional deferred plans
Some lenders offer promotional periods with reduced or deferred interest if the balance is paid inside the promo window. Terms vary by lender and by credit profile.
Home equity options
If you have equity in the home, a secured option can carry a lower rate over a longer term. Texas has its own rules on home equity lending — your lender will walk you through them.
Insurance-funded work
If a storm caused the damage, most of the cost may be covered by your policy. We inspect free, document the damage and meet your adjuster. You are still responsible for your deductible.
Redfish Roofing Company is a roofing contractor, not a lender. Approval, interest rate, fees and terms are set by the lender you choose and depend on your credit. Ask any lender for the full terms in writing before you sign.

Featured partner
Synchrony financing
Redfish Roofing Company is a Synchrony home improvement financing partner. Start your application directly on Synchrony’s website through our personalized link for roofing, repairs and remodeling. Synchrony provides the credit and makes all approval decisions; Redfish Roofing Company is not the lender.
Opens securely on Synchrony’s website. Subject to credit approval; review the current offer and full terms before applying.
Special financing, 6 to 132 months
Depending on the promotion offered with your project, that can mean deferred interest if paid in full within the promo window, or a reduced APR with fixed monthly payments until paid off.
Reusable credit line
The Project Card is a credit card, not a single loan. Keep it and use it again for future repairs, maintenance or the next project on the house.
Fast, simple application
We walk you through the application and credit decisions come back quickly, often while we are still sitting at your kitchen table. Subject to credit approval.
Which Synchrony promotions are available on your project — lengths, rates and payment structures — is confirmed at application. Synchrony Bank is the issuer; credit decisions, APR and fees belong to them, not to us. Account activation fee may apply on some plans, and deferred-interest plans charge interest from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full within the promotional period.
Synchrony plans
Six plans that fit different situations
Shorter plans cost less overall if you pay them off on time. Longer plans have smaller monthly payments. Every plan shows a clear monthly amount based on your project cost, so you know what you'll pay before you apply.
6-Month Payoff
Pay the full balance in 6 months and you pay no interest. Monthly amount is about 2.5% of the project cost.
12-Month Payoff
Pay the full balance in 12 months and you pay no interest. Same simple monthly amount.
24-Month Payoff
Pay the full balance in 24 months and you pay no interest. More time if you need it.
36-Month Fixed
Same amount every month for 3 years. No interest added each month. About 2.78% of the project cost.
48-Month Fixed
Lower monthly amount for 4 years. Same payment every month. About 2.08% of the project cost.
72-Month Fixed
Lowest monthly amount for 6 years. Same payment every month. About 1.39% of the project cost.

How it works
- 1Free inspection and a written estimate — you know the real number before any credit conversation.
- 2We talk through which of our 27 lending partners fit your situation, term and budget.
- 3You apply directly with the lender. Approval, rate and term come from them, never from us.
- 4Once you are approved and the paperwork is signed, we schedule the build.
- 5Funds are released to the job as agreed with your lender. You get the warranty paperwork at completion.
Questions to ask any lender
- What is the APR, not just the monthly payment?
- Is there a prepayment penalty if I pay it off early?
- Are there origination or dealer fees rolled into the amount?
- If it is a promotional plan, what happens when the promo period ends?
- Does this put a lien on my home?
- When are funds released to the contractor?
