Free roof inspection
A free Houston roof inspection you actually get to see
We climb it, walk it, check the attic and photograph every problem area. You get the pictures and a plain-English read: what is wrong, what can wait, and what it takes to fix.
Plenty of roofers in Houston will look at your roof from the ground or a drone and hand you a number. That tells you almost nothing about soft decking, nail pops, cracked pipe boots or hail bruising you can only feel with a hand on the shingle. We get on the roof.
An inspection is worth doing before hurricane season, after any hail or high-wind event, before you buy a house, when a roof passes about fifteen years, and any time you see a stain on a ceiling. It costs you nothing and it usually saves an argument with an insurance adjuster later.
- Shingles: lifting, cracking, granule loss, hail bruising
- Flashing at chimneys, walls and valleys
- Pipe boots, vents and roof penetrations
- Decking soft spots and sagging
- Attic ventilation and daylight leaks
- Gutters, drip edge and fascia

Common questions
How long does an inspection take?
Most single-family homes take under an hour, longer if the roof is steep, cut up or has multiple layers.
Do I need to be home?
It helps for the attic portion and for walking the photos with you, but we can inspect the exterior and send the report if you are at work.
Will an inspection help my insurance claim?
Documentation before and after a storm is the strongest thing a homeowner can have. Our insurance claims page explains how we work alongside your adjuster.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then you have peace of mind and photos on file for the next storm, and you owe us nothing.
How often should a Houston roof be inspected?
Once a year is reasonable in this climate, plus after any significant hail or wind event.
