Most Houston leaks are not where the water shows up inside. Water runs down decking and rafters before it stains a ceiling, so a stain in the hallway can start ten feet away at a pipe boot, a valley or a chimney flashing. That is why we start on the roof and in the attic rather than guessing from the driveway.

Common questions
How fast can you get out for a leak?
Call or text and we will tell you honestly where you fall in the schedule. Active water coming into a house moves to the front, and we can tarp to stop the damage while a full repair is scheduled.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect, photograph and give you our read at no cost. You are under no obligation to hire us.
Should I file an insurance claim for a repair?
Not always. If the repair costs less than your deductible, a claim does not help you. If it is storm damage across the whole roof, it usually does. We give you our read before you call your carrier — see our insurance claims page for how that process works.
Do you repair roofs you did not install?
Every day. Most of our repair work is on roofs someone else put on.
